Recognized in the national hospitality industry, Sérgio Assis joins Limpidus with the mission of opening the hotel market and positioning Limpidus in this sector, which presents enormous growth potential in the coming years.

Here in Brazil, we are opening this branch, which is already quite advanced in the various countries where Limpidus operates, called Limpidus Hospitality, bringing innovation to the timeshare sector, short-term rentals, hotels, resorts, and all facets of hospitality. We are convinced that the hospitality sector will undergo major changes in the future, and we want to be positioned before this happens. It’s time to show the market that this is not just about outsourcing services, but about building an effective partnership," says Sérgio. Sérgio Assis holds a degree in Business Administration from São Judas Tadeu University, a degree in Mathematics from FMU University Center, and a degree in Marketing Management Technology from Anhembi Morumbi University. He has an MBA in Strategic Management from USP, with an international extension from the University of Central Florida. He is certified in Strategic Leadership by Stanford University and in Mentoring and Coaching by FGV, being a member of EMCC-Portugal - European Mentoring & Coaching Council and ABRAOPC - Brazilian Association of Professional Guidance.

He was COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Transamerica Hospitality Group, responsible for the performance, projects, and investor relations of 25 hotel units. Throughout his career, he has worked with and provided services to various hotel groups and chains, such as Grupo Zarzur, Grupo GR, Othon, Blue Tree, Bourbon, Wyndham, and Newmark Knight Frank, as well as health projects and shopping centers through BrMalls.
