Limpidus took another important step in its expansion in the hotel cleaning segment in South America, with the conquest of a new hotel under the Exe brand, belonging to the EUROSTARS global hotel network. The Exe flag, if aimed at the laser executive public and has 75 hotels in 13 countries.

This hotel, which previously operated under the Sheraton Four Points Miraflores banner, is located in the city center of Lima, capital of Peru, and is now called Exe Hotel Miraflores.

With the change of flag, the policy of housekeeping services, previously carried out under our own management, also changed. now they are carried out by Limpidus Peru. The EUROSTARS network seeks, with this change, to guarantee greater quality of services and provide your guests with a better hosting experience.

Limpidus will take care of the cleaning and tidying of rooms, supply and control of the Minibar, control of the sending/receiving bed/bath linen for laundry to cleaning common areas, reception, restaurants, bar, games room, gym, convention center and parking.

The hotel has 133 rooms and the contract was closed considering room cleaning charges through the system pay-per-use. In this contracting model, the hotel only pays for housekeeping services in the rooms that were effectively occupied, which brings many benefits to the contract manager. In addition to guaranteeing a service professional and improve the guest experience during their stay, this modality allows the hotel to reduce its fixed costs, especially in times of low occupancy. The operation will be under the responsibility of the franchisee Dessire A. Egusquiza Lovera.
