Limpidus has taken another important step in its expansion in the hotel cleaning segment in South America, with the conquest of a new hotel of the Exe flag, part of the global network of EUROSTARS hotels from Spain. The Exe brand, intended for the leisure and executive public, it has 75 hotels in 13 countries.
This hotel, which previously operated under Sheraton Four Points Miraflores, is located in the center of the city of Lima, capital of Peru, and will now be called Exe Hotel Miraflores.
With the change of flag, the policy of cleaning services also changed, previously carried out under its own administration, now executed by Limpidus Peru. The EUROSTARS network seeks with this change, to guarantee a higher quality of services and provide its guests with a better accommodation experience.
Limpidus will oversee the housekeeping and cleaning of rooms, in addition to provisioning and control of minibar, laundry and also the cleaning of public areas, like reception, restaurants, bar, business lounge, gym, its large convention center and parking.
The hotel has 133 rooms and the contract was closed considering the "pay per use" system. In this model, the hotel only pays for rooms that were actually occupied, which brings many benefits to them. Adding an important saving for the hotel to Limpidus´ additional quality and professional service, so, while improving the guest experience during their stay, this modality allows the hotel to reduce its fixed costs, especially on low occupancy days. Limpidus designed franchisee Dessire A. Egusquiza Lovera to be responsible for this service.
"We are very satisfied with this new contract in Peru, which will serve as presentation for other units in the network and for our growth in the hotel cleaning segment," says Marcos Argenti, Director for Latin America at Limpidus.
